Where do you source your materials from and is everything that you make really using high quality ingredients?

Yes! We use the finest high quality ingredients that are cosmetic/food grade USP. The majority of our ingredients are sourced from within the United States. 

What is the shelf life of your products? 

Since our products are made with high quality ingredients, our products do have a shelf life, typically 12 months. If our products are kept in the refrigerator, they will stay fresher longer. In the rare case that you purchase is not at its freshest point, please email us so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis. 

Will the dermgentle cream work on my scalp, face, elbows, etc.?

Yes dermgentle cream is soothing and provides deep moisture. It protects and helps relieve minor skin irritation and itching due to seborrheic dermatitis. It is safe for use on hands, face, body, behind the ears, scalp, arms, and legs. 

How do I use the dermgentle cream?

Apply AM and PM after cleaning to affected areas. Do not layer with other products for maximum results. Other products may contain ingredients that cause dermatitis flare ups.
